This package is designed to provide compassionate, continuous support tailored to your unique needs, from pregnancy through postpartum.

• Prenatal Meetings: We’ll have 1-2 prenatal sessions to get to know each other, discuss your birth preferences, and practice comfort measures and positions. These meetings ensure we’re aligned and ready to work as a team during your birth.

• Unlimited Support: From the moment you hire me, I’m available via phone, text, or email to answer your questions, offer guidance, and provide reassurance whenever you need it.

• Area-Specific Resources: Gain access to my digital resource packet filled with local information to support you on your journey.

• On-Call Availability: Starting at 37 weeks, I’m on-call for you 24/7, call/text/email, ready to support you whenever labor begins.

• Continuous Labor Support: During labor, I’ll stay in close contact and join you when you’re ready for my presence. I’ll provide continuous support until your baby is born.

• Immediate Postpartum Care: I’ll remain with you for 1-2 hours after birth to assist with lactation, help you settle in, and ensure you’re comfortable in those precious early moments.

• Postpartum Visits:

  • Visit 1: Within two weeks of your birth, I’ll come to your home and offer support with newborn and family sleep, lactation, postpartum care, emotional well-being, newborn care, and processing your birth experience.

  • Visit 2: Around four weeks postpartum, I’ll check in to help address any challenges, provide additional support, and offer guidance with infant care. This visit can also be done over the phone if preferred.

• Ongoing Support: I remain available to discuss your birth experience, connect you with parenting resources, and celebrate your child’s milestones.
